The Sludgosopher's Guide
- Add the entire packet of the Sludge mix to a small mixing bowl.
- Add 1/3 cup (or 76g) of plain Greek yogurt to the bowl.
- Stir with a spoon for ~1 minute until thick and creamy.
- Enjoy Sludge straight from the bowl!
Tip: It may look like a lot of powder at first, but it’s what creates that thick, dough-like consistency. Keep stirring—your Sludge will come together.
Tip II: Refrigerate for 20 minutes for best results.
While plain Greek yogurt offers the ideal foundation—thick, creamy, and protein-rich—the choice is yours.
Other yogurts will create a softer texture, transforming something like brownie batter into a smoother, cake batter-like consistency. Still delicious.
Not a yogurt fan? Use 2 tablespoons of milk or ½ mashed banana for a similar result, with a lighter texture and lower protein.
The possibilities are endless—explore Flavor Pairings and create your own.
